My husband and I sold our unit through Marco Errichiello, Brian McLaughlin and Riccardo Errichiello from the Rich & Oliva team. We were extremely impressed how the entire team worked together on auction day to achieve the highest possible price. They kept us well informed and guided us throughout the whole campaign. The team are experienced, professional, and realistic in terms of the market. A special thank you to Riccardo Errichiello, for renting out our unit prior to the sale and being present on auction day. We appreciate all your efforts, and we recommend the Rich & Oliva team to anyone in the area looking to buy, rent or sell.
