Last Saturday we purchased our first home through Rich and Oliva. In the lead up to the sale date I was actually interstate for work, so whilst my partner had been to an open home already, the agency was very accommodating in getting me at the last minute to inspect the property. Interest in this particular place was quite high, which sometimes can make the already awkward experience of an auction even more awkward.
