My impressions;From the beginning when Marco Errichiello (REA) visited our deceased Mum’s property we were given a sense of his optimism for the property to sell well and his awareness of the positives that the property presented with. We received within 24 hours of his visit a detailed Market estimate and proposal on how the property would be presented by R&O. this contained a step by step plan for the coming campaign. Including fees, legal’s (Agency agreement etc), schedule for marketing, styling and furniture and a sample of their recent sales successes. We took other quotes but would say that this proposal was ahead of the others in that it was so detailed and gave undertakings that were measureable and the fee was realistic in comparison to other providers.
