Our original contact with the Errichiello family began in the early 1980's when my brother and I bought an investment from the late Ernie Errichiello, Marco's father, and since that time the family has managed the property.

When the time came to sell, there was no hesitation. The sale was handled well throughout the campaign through to auction. The auction didn't quite go to plan but with a little hard work, we sold the property for a great price shortly after.
