Well, it didn’t go quite according to script, but I guess the old saying is true — persistence beats resistance. We got there in the end.

The property was well marketed and we were kept informed throughout the entire process. We had to extend the auction date, which proved worthwhile as it allowed us to find the right buyer. We then negotiated an unconditional sale on auction day.

It shows that with the right marketing, timing and determination, we achieved the result we needed and can now move on to our next project.

Dealing with Marco and the team at Rich & Oliva was always a pleasure. They were easy to contact, professional, and looked after us in every way. We’ve also had family sell through them and they had a great experience as well.
