Last Saturday we purchased our first home through Rich and Oliva. In the lead up to the sale date I was actually interstate for work, so whilst my partner had been to an open home already, the agency was very accommodating in getting me at the last minute to inspect the property. Interest in this particular place was quite high, which sometimes can make the already awkward experience of an auction even more awkward. The whole Rich and Oliva team however were very welcoming, calm, attentive but gave my partner and I the chance to bid in our own time and on our own terms. From the outset, Marco and the team have been a joy to deal with, from initial campaign planning through to auction day. I can be pretty detail-oriented but nothing was too much trouble for them. Every element of the campaign fell into place and was executed on time and without fuss, including the photo and video shoots, marketing, styling and signage. Open homes – of which I had 10 due to high demand, with several being after hours and some at short notice – were a breeze and handled beautifully by the team.
