I chose the team at Rich and Oliva to sell my home based on their knowledge and experience in the local area. Matthew, Brian, Marco & Billy were great to deal with keeping me regularly informed throughout the sale process. On the auction day there was a huge crowd and they had the whole team there to help with the final result being above my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Matthew and his team to anyone looking to sell locally!
