Our family’s history goes back to close to 60 years ago when my parents purchased their first home together with Matt Nolan (senior) from Nolan’s Real Estate in Burwood.

Fast forward to 2024 and our mum transitioned to an aged care facility after a fall and decided it was time to sell her beloved family home. There was no choice in her mind as to who would sell the property. Enter Matt Nolan (Junior) who Mum had always exchanged pleasantries every time she saw him in the street. Mum could not have made a better decision in selecting Matt and the Rich and Oliva Team.

Sadly Mum was not to see her home sold as she passed away two weeks prior to the original Auction date.

The property was then withdrawn from the market for a period of time. We relisted the property again 4 weeks ago and on Saturday Mum’s wish was finally realised and her Burwood home was sold on a beautiful sunny winter’s day.
