A huge thank you to Matthew, Suzanne, Brian and all the Team at Rich & Oliva for a wonderful job handling the sale

of our property.

Matthew was able to guide us with his depth of experience and knowledge of the local market. He kept us

in the loop throughout the whole process from face-to-face contact, phone calls, and emails.

He showed great empathy and understanding to the process of selling the family home after so many years and remaining

calm in the lead up to the auction. His assurances and good communication skills made the task so much easier.

We would definitely recommend Matthew and the team
