After 18 years of ownership, it was time to sell.

I knew Marco, Brooke and George from Rich & Oliva as they looked after our rental. They are a local and trusted team and we had a great experience with them both renting and selling.

We had a few hurdles to overcome preparing the property for sale and a couple of setbacks during the campaign.

The auction was conducted smoothly, patiently and professionally, always in our best interest with no pressure. It sold under the hammer for a good price and we are very happy that it sold to a young couple with great plans for the property.

We can recommend this team for those wanting to sell locally.
