My wife and I met with Steven McCarthy from Rich and Oliva Real Estate after looking at a brochure of properties he had sold and his testimonials.

I was impressed by Steve’s skills and knowledge. I selected him randomly so had no real idea of what he would be like. I liked especially his communication with me throughout the process. I think he realised at the outset that because I was selling under a POA, I didn’t have an emotional attachment to the property, and only needed to be kept informed of important developments. He was willing to come to into the CBD on the occasions that he needed me to sign documents. I also liked the impressive array of tradespeople (all reasonably priced) that he was able to put me in touch with to ensure the property was in good shape for the auction.
