For the past two decades, Giancarlo, Riccardo, and I have been at the helm of sales and property management for Rich & Oliva. We now have three well-established offices – our flagship Croydon Park location, 256 Burwood Rd, Burwood & 39 New Canterbury Rd, Petersham. Our staff has grown to 25 people, and we’re fortunate to work with a fantastic team who enjoy what they do.

Rich & Oliva first opened its doors in 1989 at 147 Georges River Road, Croydon Park. As our business grew, we upgraded to larger premises and then moved to 228 Georges River Road, Croydon Park on the corner of Clyde. In 2000, we moved into our current flagship office, the ex-Westpac bank at 129 Georges River Road, Croydon Park, on the corner of Seymour Street.
In 2012, Rich & Oliva expanded into Burwood as we worked closely with Matthew Nolan, a second-generation real estate agent and one of Burwood’s premier agents since 1992. You’d be hard-pressed to find a more knowledgeable agent of the Burwood locale and its surrounding suburbs. This expansion strengthened our commitment to providing exceptional service and offering our clients unrivalled expertise and local market knowledge. Both agencies working together operating from 256 Burwood Road Burwood & 129 Georges River Road, Croydon Park.
With two well-established offices to support the property needs of our broader community, we’re now fortunate to be opening our third office in Petersham, partnering with long-time Inner West agents Trish Ficcara and Hellio Dias.
Hellio and Trish have built an excellent reputation in Petersham since they established their agency at 39 New Canterbury Rd, Petersham, and are known for their sound judgment, energy and enthusiasm.
