I was impressed by Steve’s skills and knowledge. I selected him randomly so had no real idea of what he would be like. I liked especially his communication with me throughout the process. I think he realised at the outset that because I was selling under a POA, I didn’t have an emotional attachment to the property, and only needed to be kept informed of important developments.
