Many thanks to you and your team for facilitating the sale of our house. Your expertise and knowledge of the area was of great benefit in achieving the sale, especially at short notice, and was done in a professional and friendly way by yourself and Susanne.

We were also very pleased that the property sold above the reserve price.

Once again, our thanks.
